Our client is an American company which is a global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Here in Qatar they provide solutions for the oil and gas industry. Due to a staff change in their Doha Office they require a Western Native English speaking Office Manager.

 

Requirements

 

The role provides comprehensive administrative support to the local office and its team and is thus key to the smooth running of the company in Qatar. The role includes but is not limited to preparing meeting materials, making travel arrangements, coordinating with other offices within the global group, manage special projects, and maintain local filing systems, all reception and administrative duties for the Branch.

Candidates should be native English speakers and have a hard working flexible approach with perfect communication skills, good IT literacy and a positive friendly attitude.
