| Description : | Achieving monthly sales Target. Dialing to telecommunication commercial and residential consumers on the leads provided and sell the service by using appropriate sales skills and the script provided. Providing customers by the required information. Following-up key conversations to develop the customers interest. Developing a list of warm call backs. Following-up successful sales. Maintaining daily call reports, (leads dialed - total sales closed) Maintaining/increasing levels of business activity. Ensuring that you have knowledge of your competitor titles in order to achieve the requirements of this role. Responding promptly to customer inquiries Handling and resolving customer complaints Constantly seeking out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that company targets are met.
