Job Description

- Provide IT technical support for local and remote users. 
- Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software and LAN infrastructure. 
- Act as the first line support for security applications including VPN & Antivirus. 
- Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and Internet access, file sharing). 
- Perform the helpdesk activities including responding to telephone calls, email and employees’ requests for assistance. 
- Ensure timely resolution of all first level problems with minimum supervision. 
- Back up and restoring users files and devices configuration. 
- Ensure accurate allocation of information technology assets. 
- Apply IT policies and regulations

Skills

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field 
- 1 to 2 years work experience in IT Field 
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Operating Systems preferred.
