	Description :	— Interface with vendors on leading edge technologies and ongoing challenges for areas such as deployment platform, development platform, RDBMS, caching, security, rules engines, JVM, etc. — coordinate the development of service level agreements for various services offered by IT — Coordinate the development and delivery of education and training programs for SLA and software quality for employees and IT team — Serve as the company compliance officer SLA in front of the legal administration — Develop and implement the incidence reporting system and respond to alleged SLA violations and complaints from internal or external parties — Coordinate the development of software testing cycles, processes and selection of related tools — Perform quality analysis and integrity tests of developed software before delivery to customer — Point out the inefficient areas, failing the performance tests and suggest measures to improve SLAs — Inspect and verify whether the employees are adhering to the SLA regulations and development guidelines
	Qualifications :	• Bachelors Degree Preferable in Computer Science • 5 Years Experience in the Same Field
