	Description :	1- Achieve Sales Plan in terms of )Sales Volume and SKUs) 2- Propose annual budget for showroom 3- Manage Showroom inventory in terms of availability, warehousing and display 4- Control showroom expenses Vs. revenues 5- Monitor Customers repetitive requests, demands and complains 6- Monitor any change in market, regarding customer behavior or competitors trends and report it to direct managers 7- Recommend new promotions based on customer needs 8- Guide store team members to the achieve quality customer service level 9- Manage corporate deals in store territory 10- Prepare P&L Analysis and promotion analysis on monthly basis 11- Handle escalated complains and resolve them instantly
	Qualifications :	University degree At least 4 years of experience as Showroom Manager (Retail Stores) Not less than 6 years of experience in Retail Business
	Gender :	Any
	Experience :	3 - 5 Years.
	Other Skills :	Ability to lead sales force Solid knowledge of financial transactions High level of customer orientation
