Description : | Achieve required sales targets for all divisions and across all products. Manage all tasks related to operations issues. Direct customer service team and ensure solving customers complains effectively. Drive all administrative work in show room like cleaning, hygiene, order, discipline, maintenance.. Responsible for display and merchandise of products in showroom. Monitor and evaluate inventory of products and give feed back to line manager to take necessary actions for raising stock limits according to the market needs. Communicate and coordinate with other department involved Issue periodic reports about work plans, achievements and submit it regularly to line manager. Attain strong technical and commercial knowledge about the company, product portfolio and business strategies for marketing, pricing and servicing. Establish processes, policies, mechanisms, procedures and forms that govern and regulate work of showroom operations. Build effective, professional, sustainable and constructive relationships with customers. Give recommendations, convey market needs, give market review and competition review to line manager and contribute effectively for product portfolio development. | |
Qualifications : | • Bachelor degree in applied arts / Business administration or related discipline from a reputable university. • Major decoration, architecture, interiors, design or marketing and sales. • Preferably holds a professional certificate in sales/ marketing. • Experience in operation and sales in retail field (flooring, doors, and furniture) from 7to10 years. | |
