Job Type:

1.Receiving vehicles invoices & prepares form # 4 to be delivered to clearing agency. 2.Receiving clearing invoices from agent & prepares vehicle cost of sales analysis. 3.Issuing vehicles invoices on timely basis, correctly and apply process as authorities level pre-approved & sales in addition to cost of sales analysis, state development fees & traffic letters. 4.Updating vehicles custom clearance & MBE account balances and in addition to updating accounts payable balances before settlement. 5.Performs more advanced case processing duties in addition to performing accounting duties with regards to vehicles invoices generation. 6.Periodic reconciliation of the existing assets to record amounts & monthly deprecation. 7.Following up & updating contractors, consultation tenders & purchase orders. 8.Preparing payments entries for suppliers & aging analysis for outstanding balances 9.Performs all related accounting entries for vehicle purchasing & sale. 10.Issuing VLC invoices on timely basis, correctly and apply process as authorities level pre-approved. 11.Following up on monthly bank account balances reconciliation.
