Support the Management Team Coordinate the Management Teams calendars and correspondence Assist the Management Team to prepare presentations and update regular reports Provide translations from Arabic to English for items of general interest to the Management Team Provide translations from English to Arabic for internal documents to be used externally Attend and minute Management Team-level meetings Back-up the MD Assistant Provide support to the Managing Director when the MD Assistant is absent Understand the electronic and physical filing system of the Managing Director and Management Team Assist expatriate staff with local requirements, including their living and transport arrangements and work permits Understand the responsibilities of Board Secretary and the proceedings of the Board sub-committees Be aware of the procedure for registering Board meetings and Annual General Shareholder Meetings (AGMs) Assist with preparing the minutes of Board-level meetings, including translations to Arabic Follow up on actions required of the Management Team arising from Management Team and Board level meetings Support the Retail Director
Bachelor degree, preferably in Arts, Languages or Commerce Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of secretarial Excellent English language skills, both written and oral Excellent Arabic language skills, both written and oral

3 - 5 Years.
Able to multitask and prioritise effectively Able to maintain strict confidentiality Proactive at all times High standards, with accuracy, efficiency and close attention to detail Calm under pressure Excellent communication, including listening, writing and speaking Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent English-Arabic translation skills
