The Role
We are seeking sales driven, outward bound individuals ideally with experience of working in the recruitment business in either the engineering or construction/infrastructure sectors. Your job will be to engage new and existing clients in the full recruitment life cycle to include:-
• Identifying and contacting new and existing clients to discuss their hiring activity
• Influencing a range of key decision makers
• Offering clients a range of consultancy services based on their needs
• Engaging and committing clients into the recruitment lifecycle
• Identifying , selecting and verifying potential senior level professionals
• Overseeing the recruitment process to ensure final delivery
• A committed approach to candidate welfare to post job placement
Requirements
Successful applicants will come from a Western background and will be based already in Qatar, ideally degree qualified or possess the attributes or experience needed for Technical and Engineering consultancy. Applicants will also be able to demonstrate through previous experience the ability to deliver the complete sales/delivery life cycle within a consultancy environment.
