	Description :	— Controlling the inventory through the SAP and periodic Physical count with warehouse — Applying the budget for all companys projects on the SAP — Handling the costing system — Comparing actual vs. budget for all projects — Involving in set the project budget with project department — Periodic reviewing and auditing the standard cost with actual cost — Involving in the new tenders and contracts — Handling the payment process for the project vendors — Monthly MIS for all projects and Vendors status — Managing AP project team
	Qualifications :	• University degree in Accounting/ Finance • Experience with ERP system (preferable SAP) • At least 8 years of experience in accounting and costing function • Proactive and goal oriented • Previous experience in construction or real estate company is preferable

	Experience :	6 - 9 Years.
	Other Skills :	Experience working with MS office application
