	Description :	—Install planned operating system such as Novell Netware, Microsoft, and all dependent Software. —Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs of system operation verification. —Responds to client inquiries concerning operation systems and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operation problems. —Solve technical problems during installation due to lake of preparation and improper planning. —Diagnose and repair machines/system Software using standard technique in case of failure condition in a timely manner. —Be aware of customer operating system, Hardware configuration, network setup and major Software applications priorities
	Qualifications :	•B.Sc of Engineering or Computer Science. •Minimum 1-2 Years of working experience in a similar or related Field. •Good knowledge of installing & dealing with Windows Operating System and install Oracle 10g, Oracle (DBA administrator), Windows 2003 Server & Windows server 2008. •Hospitality Background is preferred. •Excellent command of English Language. •Very good time management, presentation and leadership skills. •Very good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner
