	Description :	Gather requirements for new application development to ensure validity. Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with users to ensure validity. Apply comments on requirements from business users and key stakeholders to ensure satisfactions. Create and verify system prototypes of new applications with business users and key stakeholders. Coding and testing new applications, reports and business intelligence models. Testing and bug fixing of new applications to ensure validity. Installing the program and conducting final testing to ensure progression. Sending announcement mails with deployments of new applications to keep publicity Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary to ensure validity. Evaluating the programs effectiveness to evaluate its performance. Writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators. Check job queue and file caching for reports server to maintain performance. Contribute in all operations of Oracle Trouble shooting to keep progression. Gather requirements of new Oracle applications development to ensure validity. Contribution in changing setup of Oracle applications due to business needs. Oracle Forms Personalization to keep progression. Oracle support 24/7 to ensure progression.
	Qualifications :	Bachelor’s Degree of information system. 3 years Experience in the field of Oracle Applications technical and function support is a must. OCP 10g developer track is a must. Knowledge of retail business is a plus. Excellent command of English language spoken and written. Excellent organization skills and well disciplined.
