	Description :	Responds to incoming customer calls and logs in the calls on system. Route the task to specialized team and follow up till the case gets close. Acting as second line of assistance to the customer and staff.  Plan and design technical solutions to customers.  Present technical solutions to customers and shows business values behind it. Responsible for team technical readiness and training. Assign projects and tasks to the team and responsible for results. Coordinate with Microsoft team readiness plan and yearly plan for technologies roadmap. Responsible for planning and managing projects implementations and deliverables. Responsible for pilots and POCs required to be conducted with customers. Responsible to manage outsourcing activities with other vendors if required. Implement action plans to improve service provision and workflow. Other duties and projects as assigned by management Ensure a fair and equitable distribution of workload and set challenging performance plans to allow each one to reach his full potential.  Meets with subordinate seniors to discuss progress of work, resolve problems, and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met. Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and staff assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on work load.
	Qualifications :	Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology is preferred. At least 6 to 8 year(s) of working experience in a related field. Having one or more of the following certifications would be an advantage: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, and MVCP. Expert in Microsoft MDOP and infrastructure optimization. Expert knowledge in Microsoft System Center Family.  Expert knowledge in Microsoft Security solutions. Expert knowledge in Microsoft Messaging solutions Expert in Virtualization Hyper-V Technology Deployment, Clustering & Configuration. Expert knowledge of project management and project documentations. Very good in business knowledge and working based on targets and objectives. Very Good communication, Presentation & Leadership skills.
