Job Description

  • The Management Information Specialist performs a variety of communications and information management tasks and activities with Business partners and all departments across the contact center
  • The Job holder will be reporting on all operations performance, productivity, target achievement and Score cards for all operations employees with different levels
  • MI specialist will be administrating and performing maintenance on variety of applications developed on MS access
  • Produce MI/ reports & presentations and check for accuracy to ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
  • The MI specialist will be reporting and dealing with senior management level directly
  • Identify and escalate potential showstoppers
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas and delight internal and external customers


Skills Required


  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications especially with advance excel applications for handling large data sets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Access should know how to run and modify queries, reports and forms
  • Working knowledge of pattern analysis and basic understanding of information architecture
  • Highly analytical and able to analyze data sets
  • Attention to details with ability to spot errors and inconsistent data in reports produced
  • Proficient in research and analysis
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Can work under time pressure
  • Preferably have experience with systems database servers for downloading data
  • Visual Basic and SQL statements is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in shifts - 24/7
