| Description : | Prepare training budget. Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs. Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs. Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members. Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs. Develop and supervise the delivery of effective induction programs. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. Develop testing and evaluation procedures. Design and developing training and development programs. Evaluate training and development programs and amend as necessary to adapt to the changes. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Ensure that the all products information is properly communicated through the right channels. Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important. | |
| Qualifications : | Post Graduate studies: MBA is an asset Min 8 – 10 years general training experience preferably in the travel industry | |
