| Description : | -IT Outsourcing Sales Manager will identify, capture opportunities to provide software products and services and infrastructure outsourcing services (defined as end user support, service desk, servers, network, and data center services) to clients. - Manage business unit P&L budget and drive sales management. - Must be able to close in the range of US$ 5-10 million in 1st year value of net new business working across the Egyptian and Gulf markets. - He/she will be expected to manage multiple opportunities from inception to close working across lengthy and complex sales cycles. - Identify leads and opportunities via cold-calling, networking, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted markets and sectors. - Develop leads into pursuits and close pursuits. Establish, develop, lead and motivate sales pursuit teams. - Work closely with the companys in-house development team to cater for potential Software requirements of clients. - Support the development of project proposals; employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to clients. - Consistently find ways to improve performance, committing significant time and energy to developing the newly established ITO business unit, establishing business partnerships, and growing the Companys business with clients and key accounts. match customer needs. | |
| Qualifications : | - Previous Experience in Software Development is a plus . -- At least 10 years working experience with extensive knowledge of the ITO and software development market. - Sales management and leadership profile. - Preferably experienced with the Gulf market. - Flexible to travel. - Fluent English. | |
