| Qualifications : | 1. Microsoft windows XP, Vista and Win7 2. Windows server 2003,2008 3. Office 2003, 2007 4. LAN, WAN troubleshooting 5. Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications 6. Antivirus and antispyware software awareness 7. A working knowledge with switches, routers, firewalls. 8. A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP. 9. A working knowledge with ISA, Exchange servers 10. A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure 11. Understanding of Network, Voice and Security fundamentals 12. BSC of engineering or computer | |
