	Description :	- Assist the local internal Audit Manager in planning and organizing the activities of the Internal Audit department including - Preparing an annual audit plan which fulfills the responsibility of the Department - Scheduling and assigning work to meet completion dates Estimating resource needs - Ensures maintenance of high departmental standards and quality of audit projects by Implementation of policies and establishment of procedures covering the scope of audits - Review and evaluate work papers of completed projects to be certain that adequate documentation has been gathered and provide an adequate basis for reporting - Review of draft audit reports in connection with work papers to assure full and complete reporting in a professional manner - Identify and analyze causes of uneconomic and inefficient practices in assigned areas of responsibility and assess alternatives which might yield desired results - Confer, advise, initiate, and coordinate with other departments about policies and procedures - Ensure the compliance with corporate policies and comply with Heineken Audit policies, rules and standards - Help and support the functional line managers in implementing compliance system
	Qualifications :	Education, Certifications and Licenses: - Relevant university degree Knowledge and Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of Internal Audit experience - Good experience within internal audit of international companies, including experience of operational audit, risk management, proven ability working in an international setting. Skills and Abilities: - Proven experience in developing and leading audit assignments - Fluent in both Arabic and English - Team Player - Self-confident - Creative - Very Good experience in accounting and auditing
