— Plan the companys manpower plan and manage the staffing process to ensure quality and timely services that meet the companys business needs. — Control payroll calculation, compulsory insurances and other HR reports as required by management and concerned authorities. — Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs while ensures compliance with legal requirements. — Advise managers on organizational policies and procedures and recommend needed changes. — Plan and direct work activities of subordinates related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. — Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Key Competencies: • Team management experience for at least 4 years • Excellent communication skills • Excellent command of MS tools

SAP experience is an asset.
