Description : | -Tracks, maintains and controls all records related to personnel activities, staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance appraisals, ensuring that all documents are updated and compliant with the Egyptian Labor Law. -Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing resumes, arranging and performing telephone interviews and reference checks when needed. -Establishes and maintains confidential files and records, and performs administrative tasks such as data entry, writing and distribution of correspondences and other documents. -Coordinates and assists in conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. -Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, and terminations. -Assists in training needs analysis, and training plan execution to ensure that all required training are done efficiently and on time. -Serves as initial point of contact for company employees issues and inquiries, including but not limited to attendance, leaves, company policies and procedures. -Prepare HR reports and reviews on a timely and professional manner. -Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the provision of a professional and efficient administrative support for all HR activities. | |
Qualifications : | -Bachelor Degree. -Fresh graduate to 3 years experience in the HR field. -Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. -HR Diploma is a plus. | |
