1- Working directly with Clients via phone and remote sessions to diagnose & resolve PC network and server issues 2- Providing IT support relating Microsofts core business applications and operating systems 3- Delivering basic technical support 4- Communicating with customers as required.
1- Min 1-2 years working full time supporting the Windows based PCs in enterprise network environment 2- Successfully completed at least one MCP level certification, MCSA is preferable 3- CCNA certificate
