The Role

 

The successful candidate must have an extensive background in the Finance industry, along with a proven track record within an Executive Assistant role.

Main responsibilities

• Extensive diary management, including organising internal/external meetings and conference calls
• Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travel
• Organisation and support on Client road shows
• Assist bankers with the preparation of presentations
• Handling expenses, ensuring adherence to policy
• Filing call reports on a weekly basis
• Pre-empt and highlight to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
• Ensuring relevant compliance documentations completed
• Develop knowledge of banker's clients, transactions and specific individuals
• Establish professional and effective communication at all levels

 

Requirements

 

Skills required

• PA / EA / Secretary who has supported to Director level ideally in Financial Service - Banking or Professional Services 
• Ideally a Qatari National that has supported a CEO in a Executive Assistant capacity
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic would be ideal but not essential) 
• Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook / Accurate typing - approx 50 wpm
• Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
• Capable to multitask and prioritise 
• Capable to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
• Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns
• Mature, calm and professional attitude at all times
• Accuracy and numeracy
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
