The Role
Our client, a MNC freight and logistics company is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Manager - To provide supervision, training and support to Move Managers (Export and Import) in order to optimize and complement their field of activity.To ensure U.A.E. Move Management department gives full support and assistance to Sales and Operations departments and works hand in hand with all Departments to give the customer superior service delivery at all times. To help maintain ISO Quality Certification and to ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, adhered and maintained.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, should be customer oriented. She should have previous experience in Customer Service in a freight/logistics company. UAE experience not essential. She should demonstrate supervisory skills.
