The Role

The company continues to strengthen its position in the market by consistently introducing innovative and customer focused services, as well as regularly training its staff at all levels.We are currently looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic Customer Relations Executive for our Hertz team based in Dubai. This position reports to the Customer Relations Supervisor and is responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service, so that customer satisfaction levels and customer retention rates are maximised.
The responsibilities of the selected candidate will include the following;
* Quotations - Work closely with the sales team to ensure correct quotes are sent to the customer on time and regular follow up's occur.
* Prepare contracts - Agreement, Annexure etc., Update necessary information on the contracts and return the customer copies on time.
* Lease Purchase Proposal - Processآ of orders on time and provide timely updates to the customer.
* New Vehicle Delivery - Follow up with the concerned department, update clients, and arrange for vehicle check out.
* Arranging Loaner vehicle and all related system and related administration tasksآ i.e. opening of agreements, closing of agreements and keeping a record of all transactions etc.
* Manage Lease contracts Expiries and Extensions.
* Maintain an up to date database of all customers with relevant and key contact details.
* Handle day to day queries of the Customer - pricing, short term rental requirements, Oman insurance, service, invoicing - ensuring that the customer's queries are handled on time.
* Prepare various fleet related reports for the customers.
* Maintain and develop the Hertz corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.
Requirements
The selected candidate will have the following skills and experience;
* Ideally hold a Bachelors degree and or have relevant experience in customer service.
* Must possess professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Have experience in a back office customer service related job in the automobile/ travel or service industry.
* Have very strong skills in all MS Applications.
* Must have superior telephone communication skills.
* Excellent teamwork, team building skills and cross function relationship management.
* Advanced empathy and active listening skills.
* Ability to enhance customer relationships to build mutually rewarding partnerships.
* Ability to work under pressure and demand.
