	Description :	1.Liaises with the CSR Manager to oversee the project plan, deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes for project(s) ensuring that the project goals and objectives are achieved within the project timeframe and guidelines. 2.Sets new projects action plans based on objectives communicated by the CSR Manager, and identifies needed resources and logistics. 3.Develops and manages Volunteering Programme to achieve high levels of employee participation. 4.Develops, organizes and coordinates fundraising activities 5.Assists CR Communications Manager in developing communication plans to promote CSR initiatives 6.Assists CSR Manager in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures for continuous development 7.Supervises and undertakes performance evaluation for the CSR Coordinator
	Qualifications :	1.A Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent 2.Project Management certification (i.e. PMP) is an asset. 3.At least 3 years of work experience in a project management capacity and volunteers Management 4.Strong analytical and strategic planning skills 5.Effective problem solver 6.Writing, editing and communications skills 7.Proficient user of MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project ) 8.Excellent command of English and Arabic
