The Role
Our client is looking to enhance their team with this urgent requirement. They have a project due to start in May and therefore would like someone on board as quickly as possible to meet this need.
This leading consultancy is looking for someone with the following experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity surveying / Law
International experience within a global engineering consultancy or contractor
Strong Knowledge of Consultancy agreements, EPC, EPMC, Design & Construct, DCM, BOOT and FDIC contracts.
Must have strong experience in Claims and Counter Claims
Able to work independently on pre or post awards
Arabic Speaker
