The Role

Support Group Marketing and Communications team through establishment, management and implementation of process and resource to deliver the Marketing and Communications plan, including budget monitoring, supplier appointment and management, document management, and information management

 

Requirements

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Working closely with the Marketing & Communication team and Business Development leads across the Group, responsible for sourcing, procurement and inventory management of all promotional items
• Responsible for management of assigned areas of internal and external corporate websites. This includes reviewing changes made by others to assure that they are consistent with our website style and branding guidelines.
• Provides direction to users on the selected Content Management System and supports the various website content managers when required.
• Helps implement communication activities, including tracking and analysis of performance while ensuring that overall branding and strategic objectives are met.
• Provides support to Marketing and Communications team through creation, editing and soliciting content for various communication vehicles on a regular basis
• Assists with the distribution of electronic communication via e-mail systems
• Assists with the development, planning, implementation and management of various communications channels including but not limited to: e-mail, noticeboards, events, websites, meeting calendars
• Work with CDP to appoint a range of suppliers appointed under a framework agreement
• Maintain database of preferred suppliers
• Manages Marketing and Communication department electronic file system
• Maintain accountability for administrative systems and procedures, including submitting expenses, invoices, etc.
• Maintain and update all Corporate PowerPoint presentations on a monthly basis
• Responsible for arranging promotional items, stands, posters, signage and collateral for internal and external marketing purposes and quality checking to ensure all are in line with company branding.
• Responsible for controlling the inventory and distribution of promotional requirements company-wide throughout the year.
• Main liaison between suppliers, business units and finance to ensure accurate processing of payments for communications collateral and promotional items.
• Updating company organization chart on a monthly basis using design software.
• Responsible for ordering, quality checking and distributing business cards company-wide.
• Preparation of user statistics for all web platforms
• Establish and implement process to respond to all generic external enquiries and pass to correct business contact for follow up
• Answering queries on web based forms such as business card orders, leave and travel requests, and promotional orders.
