-To continuously research, identify, establish and manage relations with telecom providers -To lead Master Service Agreement negotiations with telecom providers. Key items are service, pricing, service levels, and terms & conditions -To drive an optimized cost base of the telecom providers services by leading effective negotiations and implementing innovative commercial models. -Translate services of carriers / providers into proposals for standard Cequens services (incl. pricing and coverage) within the rules as defined by commercial department. -To keep track of the operational and commercial performance of the telecom providers, initiate improvements and change carrier / provider preferences where required. -To keep track of new developments in the region, in terms of available service technologies, pricing, service levels, and regulatory environment -To support sales with commercial projects where additional services/solutions and/or special commercial conditions from carriers / providers are required. -Support operational escalations (e.g. with regard to procurement, provisioning, performance, support or finance).
-Bachelors or University degree or equivalent and proven track record. -Result driven, creative, persistent, quality driven and a strong commercial sense. -At least 2 years of working experience in the telecommunications industry in a similar position. -Experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts.
