The Role

As the Assistant HR Manager for their shared services function you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of HR shared services including leave management, payroll, medical, HRMS and EOS. You will be accountable for supervising all HR data and records, issuing periodic reports, supervising leave management in line with company policies and procedures, managing attendance and the data entry phase of the payroll cycle. Furthermore you will be involved in the supervision of medical insurance coverage, resignation, termination and resolving issues related to accident claims, medical insurance, leave, overtime and end of service. You will be responsible for three direct reports and will manage the shared services for approximately 2500 employees.

 

Requirements

 

To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of five to seven years experience in the field of HR and administration with excellent knowledge of labour laws and group policies with a construction sector background. You should be male and fluent in both English and Arabic you should be eligible to work in KSA.
