	Description :	1. Participates in developing and setting sales strategy 2. Participates in the Top Management team annual meetings to develop the marketing mix including and submits the operating plan to the CEO for review and approval. 3. Communicates, cascades down the yearly sales plan to his direct report and converts the yearly sales plan into annual targets. 4. Identifies new sales leads, and expands coverage for the assigned brands. 5. Conducts sales calls to Key Customers, and provides them with creative solutions to finance their purchase, to build strong and credible relationship to ensure customer retention and optimum customer satisfaction from the sales experience at DivineWorx. 6. Analyzes the monthly sales achievements and prepares monthly sales reports highlighting actual versus forecast and submits to the CEO for review and recommendations. 7. Studies the market status and changing customer needs, for the preparation of the yearly sales plan and communicates any updates on regular and timely basis. 8. Liaises and follows-up with Operations Manger to ensure efficiency of all legislative and delivery aspects to increase customer satisfaction for service provided. 9. Prepares a Training Needs Plan for the sales force by analyzing his direct reports Training needs and obtains the Training Needs of their direct reports. Submits the final plan to the Human Resources Manager for review and initial approval and the CEO for final approval
	Qualifications :	 BA in Business Administration major Marketing.  8-10 years of Experience in similar industry
	Gender :	Male
	Experience :	6 - 9 Years.
	Other Skills :	Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Excellent user of MS office.
	Salary (L.E.):	Negotiable
	Comments :	Previous 6experience 6in 6hotels, 6F&B, 6catering 6or 6FMCG 6is 6preferred.
