Description : | 1)Analyse Hardware and software for acquisition and applies fixes and patches to the servers. 2)Overall responsible for the running IT systems. 3)Hardware and software maintenance and installations. 4)Troubleshooting network and telephony system issues. 5)Keeping track of company IT needs and assets assure the operation of IT infrastructure & applications according to SDC policies. 6)Act as a focal point for IT delivers from Headquarter. 7)Assure first line support to the organization is maintained well and users trained or informed properly of business usages and IT need to know info. 8)Ensure that all PCs and servers are patched, updated and maintained. 9)Ensure that a valid daily backup of all file servers and Database is performed. 10)Maintain and update inventory of all IT assets covering the whole office. 11)On a daily basis handling the petty cash. 12)Assist in obtaining offers for office and projects purchases. 13)Manage service and maintenance contracts of the Swiss Programme Office. 14)Provide organisational support for visits, events and conferences. 15)Carry out ad hoc tasks/projects as required. | |
Qualifications : | 1)Bachelor degree is a must. 2)Minimum 2 years of experience in the different fields of IT in reputable organization. 3)Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic. 4)Excellent background in MS Windows OS (XP/7), Windows server 2003/2008, MS Office Suites and MS Active Directory. 5)LAN, WAN background and network topologies knowledge. 6)Good personal communication skills. 7)Ability to work independently and within the team and meet deadlines. | |
