The Administration Assistant will be supporting the Head of Marketing Detergents. The main tasks and responsibilities include: - Organizing and supervising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. - Organizing meetings and appointments. - Dealing with posts and emails. - Writing and updating reports. - Participating in meetings to take minutes, plus carrying out the follow up of meetings. - Dealing with complex queries & complaints over phone, through mail & in person.
Mandatory: - A graduate degree holder from a reputable university. Minimum 2 years of experience within the Administration field. - Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (both spoken and written). - Translation skills- the ability to translate effectively from Arabic to English and vice versa. - Highly organized individual. Desired: - The French language would be a plus. - A Masters degree would be an advantage.
